If you make it at home with your own hands or make it / print it off your home computer then the terms below apply to you.

Note: If you are a competing site with Scrappin Doodles you may not use any of our exclusive sets for any type of commercial purpose. For example if you sell clip art you may NOT use any of our exclusve sets to make anything for commercial purposes for a profit or free, with the exception of printable crafts. This overrides all terms below. There are only a few sites that I consider to be competing sites so please email me if you are unsure :o)
We do our best to keep our graphic prices low and now you can use our graphics without any commercial fees or license restrictions. All we ask for is a credit link back to our site on any page or product created using our graphics, this is required and there are no exceptions. The credit should read Graphics ©Scrappin Doodles and should link to www.scrappindoodles.com.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH SCRAPPIN DOODLES GRAPHICS?
- You can sell your hand finished Crafts, Stationery, Printables, Websets, Embroidery Designs, Patterns on your Website and/or at Craft Shows.
- You can create and sell Websets and Auction Templates from your website
- You can design Downloadable Embroidery Designs and sell them as downloads from your website
- You can design Stationery & Printable Crafts and sell them as Downloads or as a finished product from your website
- You can use our graphics in your café press or zazzle store.
- You may NOT create printables and sell them on DAISIE Company, we do NOT allow our graphics to be used on anything created for DAISIE Company, no exceptions.
- You may NOT use our graphics on the Greeting Card Universe wesbite.
DIGITAL SCRAPBOOKING TERMS
If you are going to be making Digital Scrapbooking items from our graphics please read the following terms completely. If you have any questions please email me.
- If you are making any type of Digital Scrap item you MUST email me your website where you will be selling the items made from our graphics. This is required so I can periodically check because I have had problems in past with my graphic terms being abused and I don’t want to have to remove my use of graphics in this way again.
- You must give credit to Scrappin Doodles. I would prefer a clickable link on your site. You may also want to join our affiliate program then you can put a button on your site and earn commissions from sales generated through clicks. You don't have to put the credit directly on the item but on the page where it is being sold or in the description is fine.
- You MAY NOT use anything from our Digital Scrapbooking Category to design any type of Digital Scrapbook Paper, Element, Quick Page etc).
- If you are using the graphics in transparent format as a stand alone graphic on it's own then you must add a texture, border or some other type of obvious visual change to the graphic.
- You MAY NOT give or sell any of our graphics as it is, you MUST change it.
- If you are making tags, frames, quick pages etc.. and the graphics are merged flattened onto an image then you may use as many graphics as you with from any collection and make as many as you wish in this format. You may NOT just add a border and make stickers this is not acceptable. You may make a couple of stickers out of a set but the rest have to made into tags, frames etc..
- You may NOT use any complete graphics collection in any one kit, you can use 50% of a graphic collection and no more as stand alone graphics that have an added texture & border etc.. If you want to use the other 50% of the collection in your kit they have to be made into tags etc..
- You must make it clear to your customers that any items made from our graphics are for their personal use only.
- You may make Freebie kits BUT you must follow the same Digital Scrapbooking terms above and you may only offer the OCCASIONAL freebie kit
CHERYL SESLAR GRAPHICS - You may use all of Cheryl Seslar's graphics for CU as long as you are selling the items made from her graphics either on YOUR OWN website, eBay, Zazzle, Cafe Press or ETSY. Cheryl does not allow her graphics to be used in any type of craft mall websites or multi-vendor websites with the exception of the CraftsUPrint website as long as you hold her CraftsUPrint commercial license..
Requirements for using Scrappin Doodles Graphics are as follows:
- We require credit for our artwork and any artwork purchased from this website. It takes a lot of time creating graphics and we decided to get rid of any Commercial Fees so our customers can better afford creating their crafts etc.. so it's only common courtesy to give credit.
- You have incorporate our graphics into something new that you have created yourself such as Stationery, Tags, Websets, Embroidery Designs, Printables etc..
- Email me either a banner or your website name and website address where you are using our graphics and I will put you on our 'Where to find items created using Scrappin Doodles Graphics' page, THIS IS REQUIRED
WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO
- You may NOT create stamps (rubber or digital) out of our graphics (this is due to licensing contracts we currently have with another company)
- You may NOT create any cutting machine files out of our graphics found under the Graphic Collection Category (this is due to a licensing contract we have with another company)
- You may NOT sell or give away our graphics in the form you receive them.
- You may NOT use anything on our wesbite to create anything for sale on DAISIE company, we do not allow our graphics to be used on anything to be sold at DAISIE Company, please don't email me and ask why, this is just the way it is and we have our reasons.
- You may NOT sell or give away our graphics in any type of graphic collection, as singles or as any type of transparent layer.
- You may NOT sell or give away our graphics away or use them in any type of group or membership club.
- You may NOT tube our graphics.
- You may NOT sell or give away blank, uncustomized siggys, avatars, or any formats that are transparent
- You may NOT sell or give away our premade printables as printables from your site. If you print out the printable and make a tangible/ finished item to sell such as a completed paint can with ribbon etc.. then you may sell it that way.
- You may NOT use any of our graphic designs for any type mass production, as we hold the copyright to all of our original artwork.
How do I give proper credit? - Credit MUST be given to "Graphics ©Scrappin Doodles" and if you are selling the items on your website you must put a link on any page our graphics are used in your products, for example a webset, you must put webset created using graphics by ©Scrappin Doodles and have a clickable link to our site and should link to www.scrappindoodles.com
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products no refunds will be issued on any downloadable product including graphics, printables, websets, or any other downloaded item from out website.
COUPONS
Coupons must be redeemed at time of purchase to receive the discount. We do NOT refund coupon amounts after a purchase has been made
