Q. How do I download my order?
A. After you have placed your order you will be redirected to an area where you can download your order. Once you return to this page please scroll down just a little bit and click on the download button located next to your order and select save to save the file to your own computer. Please make sure you make a note of the folder that you are saving your download to. Allow the download to complete. Once the download has completed navigate to the folder that it was downloaded to and unzip the file.
Q. What is a ZIP file? A. Zip files (.zip) are single files, sometimes called "archives", that contain one or more compressed files. Zip files make it easy to keep related files together and make downloading graphic files faster and more efficient. The Zip format is the most popular compression format used in the Windows environment, and WinZip is the most popular compression utility. Winzip also works with MAC computers.
Q. How do I open a ZIP file?
A. First if you don't have an unzipping program on your computer you will need to get one. You can download a free trial at www.winzip.com . After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it on your computer and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file..
Q. My download timed out now how do I get back to my order to finish downloading?
A. Simply click on Log In on the top right corner of our website and enter your Log In details then click on My Account located on the top right corner then click on your order found under previous orders (somewhere in the middle of the page) then scroll down just a little and you will see the download buttons next to your order, simply click on the download button to begin downloading your order.
Q. I downloaded my order and don't know where it is on my computer?
A. When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder which is located under your user name in the users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:\users\your name\downloads). When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder. If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from your Start menu.

A. Log back in to your account then click on My Account, go to your order and you can resume your download
Q. After I placed my order I wasn’t redirected by PayPal back to your website so now how do I get my order?
A. If for some reason you are not redirected after your order has been placed then simply return to our website and click on Log In and enter your Log In details then click on My Account located on the top right corner then click on your order (usually somewhere in the middle of the page) then scroll down just a little and you will see the download buttons next to your order, simply click on the download button to begin downloading your order.
Q. I completed my payment through PayPal but I haven’t received my download links or confirmation email from your website, why?
A. Sometimes PayPal is a little slow sending the info back to our site to activate the download links. You will be able to download as soon as PayPal sends the info back, it's all automated and sometimes PayPal slows down a bit when they are busy or performing maintenance on their site. It should be sent back to you within the hour or less. You will receive an email from our website when then PayPal system returns the info to our cart and this is when you can return to our site to download. To download your order once PayPal activates the links please log in to your account on our site then click on My Account on the top right corner then click on your order and you will see download buttons next to each collection you purchased.
Q. I received a Gift Certificate from your store, how do I use it?
A. When you receive a Gift Certificate you first need to redeem the certificate to be able to use it. To redeem the certificate go back to the email where you received the gift certificate and click on ‘click here to redeem’ link located near the bottom of the email. You will be brought to our website and will have to log in, once you log in you will see Congratulations you have redeemed a gift certificate worth $(the amount). You can then click continue and you have the option to shop or you can return at a later date to use the gift certificate. When you are ready to use the gift certificate you can shop as you usually do and during step 2 of 3 of the checkout you will see a box about half way down that says Gift Certificates and on the bottom RIGHT CORNER of the box it asks how much to redeem, enter $(the amount you wish to redeem) and it will deduct the amount from your order. Continue with the rest of your checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: When you go to redeem the gift certificate through the original email and if it says that the gift certificate is invalid or has already been redeemed then you already activated it and you will just need to enter the amount you wish to use in the gift certificate box during step 2 of 3 during your next checkout.
