We have a 30-day return policy on items not downloaded, which means you have 30 days after you place your order to request a return on non downloaded items.

To be eligible for a return, your order must not have been downloaded. We can verify this for you in the download area.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot offer returns on items after they have been downloaded. In the event of duplicate purchase of the same item we will issue a store credit in the same amount as the duplicate item purchased.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve accepted your return request and verified downloads. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
